2T Cosmetic Lab is an OEM/ODM cosmetic manufacturing facility designed and operated with a focus on process discipline, batch records, and lot traceability.
From facility layout and equipment placement to operating procedures, we prioritize stability, repeatability, and long-term risk control over short-term output or uncontrolled flexibility.
Each batch follows standardized SOPs with fixed technical parameters, complete batch records, and control from incoming materials through production, finished goods, and retention samples. This ensures lot-to-lot consistency and readiness for audit and traceability when required.
We validate processes with pilot batches before scale-up to reduce deviations when moving from trials to industrial production. Every scale-up step includes technical review, QC/QA approval, and compliance documentation.
