2. Data we collect

• Information you provide in the quote form: name, phone/Zalo, email, company/brand, product needs, quantity, market, notes.
• Your conversations with our AI assistant Mira, including messages and images you send, and any phone/email you share in the chat.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, page viewed, referring page, time of visit; a random ID stored in your browser to recognise returning visits (no identifying information).
• Usage statistics via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (when enabled): pages viewed, traffic source and actions such as submitting the form or tapping Zalo/call. These tools use cookies; you can block cookies in your browser settings.
• We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not send ID numbers, bank details or health information via the chat.

3. How we use it

• To contact you, provide consultation and quotes, and fulfil your OEM/ODM requests.
• To answer your questions via Mira and hand over to a specialist when you need direct support.
• To improve our consultation, website content and AI assistant (reviewing conversations to refine answers).
• To keep the system secure: spam prevention and abnormal access detection.
• We never sell or rent personal data, nor send marketing without your consent.

4. About the AI assistant Mira

• Mira is an AI assistant running on 2T Cosmetic Lab's own in-house server. Conversations are not sent to external AI providers.
• AI answers may be inaccurate; important information (price, MOQ, lead time, certifications) is confirmed by our specialists.

5. Data sharing

• Data is accessed only by authorised 2T Cosmetic Lab staff (sales, administration) for the purposes in section 3.
• The website uses Cloudflare network infrastructure for secure delivery; Cloudflare only relays data and does not use it for its own purposes.
• Usage statistics (excluding chat content, phone numbers or emails) are shared with Google and Meta through analytics tools to measure website and advertising performance.
• New-enquiry notifications are sent to our sales staff via Telegram.
• We disclose data to competent authorities only when required by law.

6. Retention and protection

• Quote requests and conversations are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires longer retention.
• Data is stored on servers at our factory in Vietnam and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS); the admin area requires login, role-based access and is reachable only from our internal network.

7. Your rights

• To be informed about processing; to give or withdraw consent.
• To access, correct, obtain a copy of, restrict processing of, or delete your personal data.
• To object to processing; to lodge complaints as provided by law.
• We respond to requests within 72 working hours of receipt.
